1: Unless you, the buyer, explicitly state otherwise, I may post the artwork I draw for you to social media like Tumblr (@hunterfromtheabyss) or Twitter (@lahaijiaojiao) (@kyaasuu).2: You may use the artwork I create for you in any way you like EXCEPT editing it (including filters and borders, but I allow for cropping and resizing), claiming it as your own artwork, or using it commercially. I only ask that you credit me by linking back to or mentioning my twitter. Do NOT remove my signature (lahaijiaojiao) under ANY circumstance unless you are using it as an avatar.3: If you are not satisfied with what you have received, you may contact me and ask for me to fix it. I will not redraw it, but I am willing to tweak small details for free within two weeks of the transaction. I do maintain that I have the right to tell you no either way.4: You will pay first, and because of this, if I do not at least send you an initial sketch within a reasonable time frame without a good reason, I will fully refund you. This time frame can vary depending on my schedule and/or any commissions before you. I should provide the sketch within a week of accepting your order.5: The average turnaround time for a commission is three weeks for a single character fully rendered, but depending on the complexity of the order, the number of commissions I have total, and any real life circumstances that may crop up, it might be completed anywhere between one week and two months.5a) If I require more time than 2 months, I'll let you know by the end of the first month. I ask that the commissioner be patient during this time period. If I take longer than this without a good explanation, I will fully refund you.5b) Due to conventions and schoolwork, commissions will take longer between mid November and early January.5c) If you have a strict deadline for your commission, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Rush orders WILL cost extra, but the price can be negotiated depending on how close the deadline is and what my to-do list looks like.6: I do not authorize any of my work to be used for AI training or blockchain of any sorts, including NFTs.
